Return Policy

Returns Due to Customer Preference

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer preference, including change of mind or any other reason attributable to the customer.

Defective or Incorrectly Shipped Items

If an item is defective or if you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After reviewing the details, we will replace the item with the correct product at no additional cost. We will also cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items in any of the following cases:

  1. More than 7 days have passed since delivery.

  2. The product has been used, including for testing purposes.

  3. The product has been damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
    Examples include exposure to moisture, heat, or acidic substances resulting in rust or deterioration.

Payments

Once a payment has been confirmed and processed, it is generally non-refundable.

If you do not wish to continue receiving subscription deliveries, you must cancel your subscription at least 7 days before the next scheduled order date.

Payment Disputes and Suspected Fraud

If your registered payment provider suspects unauthorised use or if a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Temporarily suspend or terminate your customer account or payment privileges.

  • Suspend or cancel shipment of your order.

If you submit a claim or dispute to your payment provider, the payment provider’s decision will be treated as final. Any further action will be handled in accordance with the provider’s policies and procedures.
