Cancellation Policy

Some products available in our store are offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This Cancellation Policy explains how these types of purchases can be changed or cancelled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, your selected product will be delivered automatically according to the schedule and frequency you choose.

Your payment information is stored securely and, unless you have selected a prepaid subscription, you will be charged for each recurring delivery.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you may cancel it at any time.

To cancel or make changes to your subscription, please do so at least 7 days before your next scheduled order date.

Your order confirmation email includes a link that allows you to manage your subscription.
