Daily Zen Nourishment operates this online store and website, providing you with a curated shopping experience, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). We do not guarantee that the appearance or quality of any product or service will meet your expectations or exactly match the images displayed in our online store.

Product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantity of products offered to any individual, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 – Allergen Information

We make every effort to provide accurate information regarding major food allergens.

However, due to changes in ingredients, manufacturing batches, supplier specifications, or other factors, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from allergens.

Matcha (Powdered Green Tea) generally does not contain any of the major allergens. However, it may be processed or packaged in facilities that also handle other allergenic ingredients. As a result, trace amounts of allergens due to cross-contact cannot be completely ruled out.

Please note that matcha naturally contains caffeine.

Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of our product information, product labels and ingredient information may change as permitted by applicable law. Please always refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date information.

If you experience any adverse reaction after consuming our products, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Section 4 – Orders

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products.

Daily Zen Nourishment reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion and for any reason. An order is not considered accepted until we have confirmed its acceptance. Payment must be received and successfully processed before an order can be accepted.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once your order has been accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

If we decline, modify, or cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that the products are being purchased solely for your personal or household use and not for resale, export, or any commercial purpose.

Section 5 – Pricing and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, or import charges.

Prices displayed in our online store may differ from those offered in physical retail stores or on third-party websites. From time to time, we may offer promotions that are governed by separate terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotional terms and these Terms of Service, the promotional terms shall prevail.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made through our store. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address, payment details, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you when necessary.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. All payment information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

  2. You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

  3. Your payment will be authorized by your payment provider.

  4. You will pay all applicable charges, including the purchase price, shipping fees, applicable taxes, and any other charges associated with your order.

Section 6 – Customs Duties and Import Taxes

All products are shipped from Japan.

Depending on your country or region, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other government charges upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The amount of customs duties and taxes, or whether they apply at all, is determined by the customs authorities of the destination country. We are unable to estimate or guarantee these charges in advance.

If additional charges are requested by your shipping carrier (such as Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, or another courier), payment must be made directly by you. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from customs procedures or delayed payment of customs charges.

Customs authorities may inspect or open packages during the import process. Any package opened by customs for inspection is not eligible for return or refund. If you require additional product or ingredient information for customs clearance, please contact us before your order is shipped.

Marking a shipment as a "gift" or "sample" does not guarantee exemption from customs duties or taxes.

If you refuse to pay customs duties or import taxes, refuse delivery, or provide an incorrect shipping address that results in the package being returned to Japan, any refund will be issued only after deducting the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs charges, and any other applicable fees.

If you wish to have the order shipped again, additional shipping charges will apply.

Section 7 – Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery.

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance procedures, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Ownership of and risk of loss for the products pass to you once the products have been delivered to the shipping carrier.
